3D Printed Arrow Squaring Tool Device (Mini Square)

Description

The Mini Square and Mini Square XL
3D printed arrow squaring tool (PETG). It works with carbon and aluminum arrows, as well as inserts and bushings.
The sanding column is designed rounded so that the sandpaper can be rotated around the column so as not to need to replace the sandpaper as often.
It is reinforced with metal rods to make the sanding column even stronger.
The column also includes a slight taper at the top for easy sandpaper replacement.

up to
.50 OD

Mini Square
It is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand or you can mount it to a bench. There are (2) #6 screw holes (screws not included) to attach it to a work surface or
use the included double stick Velcro to mount it to any surface. Use it there or pull it off and sit in front of the t.v. while working on your
arrows.

Mini Square XL
The XL has been design to mount to a workbench. It has been given 3 support pedestals to allow the user to put pressure of the middle column with their hand and have no deflection of the arrow. There are (2) #6 screw holes to attach to a work surface. (2) #6 screws are provided to mount to a bench (Velcro not included).

These Squares have be heat tested to 120 F. Above that the material will start getting soft and want to warp. I would suggest keeping them at the house and not leaving them in the car all day.
