Gingerberry,
a
geometric
smocking plate by Tiny Treasures.  Thread colors given for DMC embroidery floss.  This is an 5½" x 8½" sheet, with instructions (but no graph) on the back.
This smocking plate is in very good condition and appear unused.  It does, however, have a couple of pin holes in it - I think it was pinned or stapled to some other plates.  It has minor edge/corner wear from storage.
From a smoke-free home.
