Loew Cornell Genuine Artist Chamois 5" x 7" (12 mm x 18 mm)
A versatile work tool of selected soft, tanned, natural leather. Used for blending and smoothing of pastels, charcoals and clay. Chamois is naturally absorbent and very soft with no abrasive qualities that could damage paper. Can be cut into smaller pieces for better control to blend cleanly and softly (as opposed to smudging with fingers that can introduce oils from the skin to the surface and discolor drawings). Also great to use as a natural wipe-up tool (as opposed to paper towels that disintegrate or cloth rags that encrust with paint). An essential part of any artist's tool kit. Product of the USA.
