Returns/Exchanges/Undeliverable Address:
Returns and exchanges must be completed (your item must be shipped back) within 14 days of the item having been delivered to you.
To exchange an item:
1) please purchase the correct item from us on ebay for immediate shipment.
2) Make sure to include your ebay ID or Packing Slip with your returning item(s) so we can identify you quickly. Exchanged items must be new and unused with all original packaging/tags/manufacturer inserts.  We recommend basic delivery confirmation.
3) We will refund you minus the actual shipping cost of the exchanged item (the amount of money we have already paid to ship the item to you in the event of free shipping). Refunds are usually given within 1 week of the item being delivered to us.
This allows for speedier processing and you receive your new item quickly.  IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THE NEW ITEM FROM US ON EBAY YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AS A RETURN.
Returns:
To return an item:
Returned items must be new and unused with all original packaging/tags/manufacturer inserts. Returns are a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and actual shipping cost (item cost - actual shipping cost - 15% restocking fee= refund on return).  The Actual shipping cost is what we paid to mail it to you.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of returning item.

Option 1: If the buyer would like the item they can follow the exchange procedure and make sure they update to correct/complete address on second purchase.  First purchase will be refunded minus shipping when it is returned to the seller.
Option 2: If they buyer does not want the item it will processed as a return (above).
Option 3: Buyer can send the seller a prepaid package to reship the item in. Tracking is required.
International Customer Information:
