Brand new, removed from a box of new radios. I didn't need the charger. I plugged it in to the wall and inserted both radios and it started charging. I did not do a complete charge, although I cannot see anything being wrong with it. Returns accepted for 3 days after receiving the charger. Shipped in a box, not a padded envelope.
