The measurements provided are are only "approximate" not an exact science and may vary some. I am not the manufacturer & do not assume responsibility of how a buyer want a fit. A customer may use the offered approximate measurement but may want a looser fit so may need to size up for such a reason. If a garment does not fit. the buyer will pay the ships fees for any return.
USPS shipping costs have risen drastically.
