    We love our Pella pleated shades installed in the 1990s, but when one of the fittings broke recently, we were told by our local distributor that the replacement fittings are no longer available.  We devised the replacement shown in the photos, and it works perfectly.
    Don't discard your pleated shades or pay huge amounts to replace them. Repair them.
