    Description

    Kazakhstan Early Post-Soviet Cover. Postal history in the making. This is a stamped Soviet postal stationery envelope surcharged 15 rubles by the Kazakhstan PO, and carrying additional postage in new Kazakhstan currency.  Cover was mailed in 1993 from Karaganda, Kazakhstan to Omsk, Russia. Both cities had only recently been in the same country, USSR.  Shipped with USPS First Class.
